These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SOMEBODY. Apparel website and your purchase of our products. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We are based and operated in Canada.
1. Eligibility

2. Products, drops and pricing
- All prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD).
- SOMEBODY. releases limited, numbered drops. Once a drop sells out, it does not restock.
- We try to display accurate product details, colors, and prices, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free. We may correct errors and cancel affected orders.
- Prices and availability may change at any time without notice.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limits. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
4. Payment
Payment is processed by third-party providers. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
5. Shipping and risk
Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the carrier. Free U.S. shipping applies to orders over $80; other rates are calculated at checkout.
6. Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
