Return & Refund Policy
Because every SOMEBODY. drop is a limited, numbered run, we want you to be sure about your piece. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work for customers in the United States, Canada and worldwide.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of your order being delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and the numbered hangtag still attached, in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email somebodyapparel@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with return instructions and a return address. Please do not ship anything back before you hear from us.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Refunds typically post within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a size is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order while your size is still in stock. Limited drops can sell out before an exchange is processed, so we cannot guarantee availability.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases we cover return shipping and will replace the item or refund you in full, including original shipping.
Non-returnable items
- Gift cards and digital items.
- Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase.
- Items returned without tags, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at somebodyapparel@gmail.com with photos. We will make it right at no cost to you.
Canadian and international customers
The same 14-day window applies. International customers are responsible for any return shipping, duties, or taxes incurred when returning an item. Original duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state, province, or country, including applicable laws in the United States and Canada.
